Completed – IRM Systems Maintenance, 3/31/11 from 3:00am to 7:00am

IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deem necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 03/31/2011 from 3:00am to 7:00am during IRM maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

MyFAU change at 5:00 AM
Description of Change: MyFAU personal and campus announcement channels which reside on the HOME tab will be changed to display 5 announcements at a time rather than 3. Also the page where you view the actual body of the announcement will be changed to show 8 announcements per page rather than 5 as it is now.

Global Traffic Manager (GTM) maintenance:
The GTM settings will go into effect for the FAU website around 6:15am. If all goes well there will be no issue. The purpose is to let the copy of the FAU website in Northwest respond for www.fau.edu in case of a disaster or when the FAU network is unreachable. If there are problems – there could be a chance that the FAU website may not display during this time, but that is not anticipated. =================================================
