Completed – IRM Systems Maintenance, April 19, 2011 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deem necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 05/19/2011 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during IRM maintenance window.  In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Oracleapps/enzo server will be unavailable from 4:00AM-7:00AM for scheduled maintenance.

Identity Manager
Report Caster
Signature System
Travel (WOLF/legacy)
Network Registration
FAU SUDS

Blackboard 9.1 Production

Affected Systems:
Solaris Zones: BP1 – BBP7 and COLLAB servers
Description of Maintenance:
The Blackboard 9.1 production servers “struts-config.xml” file is missing a validation flag that causes the Course Cartridge Import Status to produce an HTTP 500 error. The problem is corrected by adding the validation flag to the file on each server. Each server will require a PushConfigUpdates.sh script to run to make the changes effective.

Description of Change: We will be moving SQL Server files to a different partition and rebooting the system to enable changes to page file location

Description of Change: We will rebooting mssql1 and mssql2 to complete installation of new version of Backup Exec Agent software.

Description of Maintenance: The Talisma database server will be unavailable in order to move the tlDistributor unc directory from the local disk (C:) to the (F:) drive.  A snapshot of all the databases will be taken and the replication process will begin.
