Network upgrades to cause service outages during the semester break (Tuesday, May 10 through Saturday, May 14, 2011). Beginning on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, IRM will be upgrading the networking infrastructure to implement a redundant Internet connection. This upgrade will cause intermittent interruptions to the network and telephone systems during the implementation and testing of the new connection. IRM will begin testing the network and telephone services on Tuesday, May 10 between 5:00 am and 7:00 am. Implementation and testing will continue on Wednesday, May 11, Friday, May 13, and Saturday, May 14, 2011 between 12:01 am and 7:00 am. Please be advised that calls between campuses as well as off campus calls may require dialing a seven or ten digit number. IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deem necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 05/05/2011 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during IRM maintenance window. Description of Change: We will be migrating dhcpboc0, ldapboc0, nsboc0, netreg0, and idm4p from VMware ESXi to Hyper-V. Netreg and IDM (password synchronization) will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance. We will be keeping backups of the VMware machines in case there are any problems and will be able to revert at any time during the process.

Resolved – Password Syncronization Delayed
**Password synchronization between Windows and MyFAU is now working as intended **
Password synchronization between Windows and MyFAU is currently delayed. We have confirmed the the problem is related to database performance and the database administrators are currently investigating.
We do not have an ETA as to when the problem will be resolved.
Resolved – Errors with Banner Services
**Update ** At approximately 8:25AM today Banner production went offline and was unavailable. At 8:30AM Banner was became available again. We are currently investigating the cause of this
