There will be a short network outage in Bldg 69 Campus Operations between 6:00am and 7:00am Friday July 8th. This work is in preparation for construction within the building. Estimated downtime is 20 minutes.

Video Conference Systems Upgrade 7/8/11
Video conferencing services are expected to be down Friday July 8, 2011 from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. This includes any videoconference classroom, conference room, auditorium, and desktop MOVI accounts located on all FAU campuses.
We will be performing a planned system upgrade and system testing. No videoconference services will be available during this time frame.

Network:Temporary Fix Completed Bldg 41 Info Booth Network Outage
Network: Temporary Fix Completed. The communications cable to the Info Booth Bldg 41 has been repaired. We are working on a permanent solution to this cable problem.

IRM Systems Maintenance, Thursday, July 7, 2011 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM
IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deem necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 7/7/2011 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during IRM maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
When: 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Affected Services: Travel & Expense and Effort Certification systems
Description of Maintenance: Travel & Expense and Effort Certification systems will be unavailable for UNIX server maintenance.
