IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deem necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 09/08/2011 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during IRM maintenance window. Description of Maintenance: Update CAS login screen to introduce new images, CAS will be offline for a brief period of time during the update.

Description of Maintenance: Apply a patch which prevents an access denied message when students submit an exam question prior to blackboards automatic save process completing.

Description of Maintenance: Identity Manager will begin provisioning Active Directory Accounts, there will be no down time.

Description of Maintenance: The DHCP logger has been creating a high CPU load on the network registration servers. We will be updating the method used to submit SQL to the server which will eliminate the problem. While we are updating the logger no MAC addresses will automatically be collected by the registration system.

Description of Maintenance: Banner General 8.4.2 upgrade
Service Interruption: No interruption unless a user has locked one of the tables to be upgraded. Then that user will be terminated.
