CSI has completed the software upgrade to the Xpressions / Voicemail servers.

CSI will be performing a software upgrade to the Xpressions / Voicemail servers on Tuesday November 29th in the maintenance window between 05:00am and 07:00am. During this time Xpressions will be offline and inaccessible.

One member of the Blackboard cluster failed yesterday at 6:30 pm and was returned to service at 8 pm. Users should not have been affected by the outage.

The problem with the voicemail system has been resolved.
