Update – Self-Service Banner inaccessible

There was an issue with an App Server that once restarted allowed users to once again access FAU Self-Service (SSB). The influx of users into SSB has caused the database to hit a max session limit. This unfortunately is also causing MyFAU to run slow since both systems are so closely linked.

A notice has been placed on MyFAU asking users having issues to try again after 3am. We continue to monitor the situation and may need to do a database restart if the system becomes completely unusable.

Self-Service Banner inaccessible

FAU Self-Service Banner (SSB) currently inaccissible thru MyFAU or directly due to high system load caused by the start of advance registration.

We are monitoring the situation and will place an update once we have more information.
