The problem with the voicemail system has been resolved.

We are currently experiencing a problem with the voicemail system. We are working to resolve the issue and the vendor has been notified

We are currently experiencing intermittent problems with the Blackboard server. Users are reporting page display issues and error messages when trying to access the grade center. We are currently working to fix this and hope to have it resolved within the next 2-3 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We experienced a switch outage from 8:36 to 8:41 in the FAU Boca Raton data center. The issue has been resolved.

Blackboard was intermittently unavailable the latter part of today (11/02/2011) for Firefox users. The issue has been corrected as of 8:30 PM this evening.
