Banner production FAUP will be unavailable tomorrow morning Tuesday, 3/13/2012 from 4:00am to 6:00am in order to install necessary patches on the Oracle database.

MyFAU is back up and running. We are still looking into what was the cause of the problem. We’ll update this post once we have more information.

Banner is currently having problems. The issue is being investigated. No ETA at the moment. We hope to post an update soon.

MyFAU had to be restarted at 7:40am in order to re-enable its single sign-on connection after the Banner system migration. All services were back up and running by 8am.

FAU Self-Service and Banner Unavailable March 9-11 The FAU Self-Service and Banner systems will be unavailable from 3:00 p.m., Friday, March 9 through 7a.m., Sunday, March 11, 2012. During this time the Office of Information Technology will upgrade the Operating System to improve performance. The following services will not be available: * Banner Forms (INB) access * FAU Student, Faculty, and Employee Self-Service (including registration, transcripts, grades and payments) * FAU will be unavailable to FACTS.ORG system during this time, and should be back online on 3-13-2012.
