Banner production FAUP will be unavailable Thursday morning 12/20/2012 from 5:00am to 7:00am in order to apply patches to the Oracle database. This will affect any AppWorx jobs scheduled to run during that time.

Network problems at the Boca campus are still persisting. Some phones and some buildings are affected.
We are working to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
Update – Early Morning Network Maintenance Tuesday December 18th
The network maintenance scheduled today from 1:00a.m. to 6:a.m. is still ongoing. Additional problems were encountered during the maintenance affecting network connections to many buildings on campus and some voice services. OIT is working to have all services restored as soon as possible and will post further updates as they become available.

UPDATE: We are experiencing problems connecting to certain FAU Services such as Google Apps and CMS. Some phones have limited functionality.

VPN Connectivity Issues Resolved
The on-campus connectivity issues with VPN have been resolved. Users may have issues connecting from certain Internet Service Providers until later this afternoon as the necessary changes are still propagating across the internet.
