OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. May 26 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 05/26/2014 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. [COMPLETED] TouchNet Payment processing system unavailable 5/18/16 due to maintenance

TouchNet systems has completed their maintenance. All systems are back online and ready for regular use.

The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance; from 3:00(am) to 7:00(am) –EST, on Wednesday 5/18/16.
This will affect student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services.
We expect all systems to be back online no later than 7:00(am) that morning. A follow up notification will be sent out when the system is back online.
OIT Systems Maintenance, Saturday May 14th, 5-8am
OIT will be replacing an aging server rack and its networking components with a newer rack. This move could affect services such as Banner, Blackboard, Sharepoint and the like. However, no end user impact is expected.

Description of maintenance: OIT will be implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) for WebFocus users.
User impact: WebFocus and/or Leapahead dashboards will be unavailable during this time. After the implementation, WebFocus users will be prompted to use authenticate with Duo when logging in.
