OIT Systems Maintenance

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 07/18/2024 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:


Server Maintenance
Description of change: OIT will be performing server maintenance on several core systems from 12:00am to 4:00am on July 18th, 2024. During this time, the undergraduate application, MyOwl Services, Owl KPIs, and Owl Docs will be unavailable.

Description of change: Make changes to the PeopleFirst integration update to resolve reported issue (Hospitalization deductions were taken multiple times)

Description of change: OIT will be upgrading Student Information System servers

[Resolved] OwlDone partial service outage

We are currently experiencing partial service outage with OwlDone. Students with the housing module may be logged out from the system automatically. We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
