We are experiencing a hardware failure which has resulted in the unavailability of the following services:
DHCP and netreg on FTL campus
Also affected by the outage are AD Domain services, DNS, and LDAP (supporting netreg) however we expect these services to still be available as they are currently being provided to FTL by other campuses.
There is no ETA for service restoration at this time. We will update this post as soon as we have more information.

The cloning of Banner TEST is now complete and ready for user access.
Banner TEST will unavailable for most of the day Tuesday, 7/2/2013, in order to perform a clone from a backup copy of production FAUP taken at 9:00pm on 6/29/2013.
ODS is now available with current production data.

ODS production will be unavailable today from 1:15pm to 1:30pm in order to redirect WebFOCUS to point to the newly rebuild ODS environment.

The ODS maintenance has been rescheduled to Saturday (6/22/2013) morning from 12:01am to 7:00am. During this time FAUP will be available via Self-Service.
The WebFOCUS server (ibiweb.fau.edu) has been rebooted and now available for access.
There will be an emergency reboot of the WebFOCUS server (ibiweb.fau.edu) today at 12:00pm in order to resolve an issue we are currently experiencing.
FAUP will be available tonight.
