Banner TEST will unavailable during the day this Monday, 2/25/2013, in order to perform a clone from a backup copy of production FAUP.
Banner DEVL will be unavailable during the day on Wednesday, 2/27/2013, in order to perform a clone from a backup copy of TEST taken after 2/25/2013.
We are currently experiencing a connectivity issue with multiple systems in a specific rack. Affected by these issues are:
exchangemb0[2-3], taldb01, hvboc0[1-5]
Additionally, exchangemb01 is unable to contact it’s disks
Exchange services are up and running at NWRDC
VM guests on hvboc0[1-5] appear to be up, but host management is unavailable
Talisma may be unavailable
We are working to identify and resolve these issues as soon as possible

Banner production (FAUP) maintenance including Banner XE installations, the Database Extension Utility, module updates and patches is scheduled for this Thursday (2/7/2013) morning from 3:00am to 7:00am. The following production systems will be unavailable during this time: Banner (INB & SSB), AppWorx & ePrint.
Hardware upgrades have been completed and mssql2 and all MSSQL services are operational on mssql2. Issues arose when upgrading the hardware on mssql1 and we are working to resolve these as soon as possible.

Banner Finance 8.8 & Finance SSB 8.6 upgrades and patches have been applied to production (FAUP) this morning.
Service Pack 1 for SCCM installation has failed. We are investigating the issue. SCCM has not been altered and is currently operating as it was.

OIT will be performing maintenance to the Exchange email systems between 6:00am and 6:30am tomorrow morning. During the maintenance, Exchange may be briefly unavailable at times. These changes are expected to resolve widespread reports of slowness and freezes among Exchange users.
