[RESOLVED]Papercut Unavailable

We are aware of an issue affecting papercut after this morning’s maintenance and are working on resolving the issue. We will provide an update when the issue is resolved.


Update 9:45am:

Clients on the release station/printers will need to be updated to papercut client version 16.4. Please contact OIT Systems if you need further assistance.


Update 1:15pm:

Multifunction printers are failing to talk to Papercut. We are working on a solution to this issue.

Server Maintenance Aug 25, 2017

On Friday, August 25, OIT will be performing server maintenance on the Davie campus. Maintenance will begin at 3am and last until 6am. During the window there may be brief service outage at the Davie campus.
