This morning’s issue with VOIP Phones at Davie West and HBOI campuses has been resolved

We are currently experiencing and issue with VOIP phones at the Davie West and HBOI campuses. We are working to remedy the problem but there is no eta at this time.

Telecom has resolved the issue with Xpressions/Voicemail.

The work at the Jupiter Campus has been completed

On Monday January 21st from 04:00am until 08:00am OIT will be performing maintenance on the VOIP servers at the Jupiter campus. During this time there will be no phone service on any FAU telephone.

In the event of emergency users will have to use a cellular phone or a NON-FAU telephone to dial 911 or the FAU police at 561-271-5163.

Telecommunications will be testing the phone system on the Jupiter campus on Thursday July 12th from 5am till 7am. During this time period there will be intermittent outages to telephones on the Jupiter campus. In case of emergency please use a cellular or non FAU phone to dial 911.
