OIT will be performing network maintenance in Jupiter on Friday, May 11 from 12:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. Due to the nature of the maintenance, users may experience intermittent network disruptions lasting approximately 5 – 10 minutes during this window. Network upgrades in buildings 01, 12, 55, and 73 on May 9, 2018
On Wednesday, May 9, 2018, between 12:00 am and 6:00 am, OIT will upgrade the network in the FAU Sanson Life Science (01) Behavioral Sciences (12) Physical Science (55) and General Classroom North (73) buildings. This upgrade will cause intermittent interruptions to the network, wireless, and telephones in the aforementioned buildings. The FAU automated campus operator, also known as SPOK, is experiencing a problem with one of the hardware nodes. Incoming calls that will be routed to the operator. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
