Exchange mailbox servers reboot 6/23 12am-1am

Exchange mailbox servers will be rebooted for emergency maintenance on 6/23 between the hours of 12am and 1am. No interruptions for end users expected.

FAU Self-Service / Banner unavailable today 4/1/2012 4:30pm – 5:00pm

Banner production FAUP will be unavailable today from 4:30pm – 5:00pm in order to perform some emergency maintenance. During this time FAU Self-Service. Banner Forms (INB) and other Banner services will be unavailable.

MyFAU maintenance extended till 5:30am

MyFAU maintenance took longer than anticipated. The systems are currently being restarted and will be available by 5:30am.

MyFAU emergency restart completed

MyFAU was restarted at 5:40am EST this morning in order to fix lingering problems with its single sign-on connection to the FAU Self-Service applications. MyFAU was back up and accessible by 5:55am.

Resolved: Emergency Banner maintenance

The recommended Banner Oracle patches have been successfully applied and the system was back up by 5am.

Resolved: MyFAU experiencing problems

MyFAU is back up and running. We are still looking into what was the cause of the problem. We’ll update this post once we have more information.

Emergency MyFAU restarted at 7:40am

MyFAU had to be restarted at 7:40am in order to re-enable its single sign-on connection after the Banner system migration. All services were back up and running by 8am.

TIME CHANGE: Possible intermittent Network Issues between 4:45pm – 5:30pm

We will be performing an urgent cleanup to address issues that arise from yesterday’s network problems. During this time the network may experience intermittent down time.
