Description of change: OIT will be applying improvements to the University Form Server login settings to improve performance.

Complete: Single Sign On (SSO) maintenance
The Single Sign On (SSO) maintenance has been completed successfully and Single Sign On is now online.
Single Sign On Upgrade
The Single Sign system on will be upgraded Friday August 19th from 3 am – 6 am to improve system performance. During this time users may experience reduced performance when logging into some services.
Single Sign On Maintenance
The Single Sign system on will be restarted Friday August 12th at 3 am – 5 am to improve system performance. During this time users may experience reduced performance when logging into some services.
SSO Maintenance
We are experiencing minor performance issues on the original single sign on servers affecting logins to Reports.fau.edu, Student On Boarding, Banner Self Service and other central authentication services. We are currently rebooting the servers to increase their performance.

Description of maintenance: The University Single Sign On infrastructure will be patched to provide enhanced usability for Office 365, Student Onboarding and better integration with legacy single sign on systems.
