All systems are back to normal and operational. Canvas users may have experienced gateway/timeout errors from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.

Mediasite Playback errors
Some users may be experiencing errors in playback and unable to load Mediasite pages. Sonic Foundry has identified the issue and is actively working to resolve it.

Subset of Zoom users unable to see cloud recordings
New incident: Investigating
Zoom is currently investigating an issue where some users are intermittently unable to view their list of cloud recordings in their web portal. The recordings are not impacted or erased. Some users are just unable to see them at this time.
While Zoom works to resolve this issue, Zoom recommend impacted users refresh their browser, which may allow them to see their recordings.
COVID-19 Health Check-in Update
The Office of Information will be updating the COVID-19 Health Check-in which is displayed when users login to Canvas and Workday. This upgrade will occur at 8 pm and last until 8:15 pm.
While not expected some users may have difficulty logging in and updating their health status during this time. If you have any trouble please try again after 8:15 pm.
