RESOLVED: The Echo360 Service needs to be restarted to rebuild its Tapestry cache and will be unavailable from 8:45-9:15am
Any user attempting to upload video via EMI or stream Echo lecture videos will be unable to do so during this window.

[resolved] Intermittent SCCM issues
** Update – The issue has been resolved and all SCCM services should now be available. If you’re an SCCM administrator, please update your SCCM Console to R2
We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with SCCM while we attempt to resolve a problem with the planned R2 upgrade. SCCM administrators may experience periods of inoperability with the SCCM administrator console until the issue is resolved. We apologize for this inconvenience.

WebFOCUS production unavailable starting at 12:15pm today
WebFOCUS production will be unavailable today (2/24/14) from 12:15pm until 1:00pm in order to apply an emergency maintenance.
This will impact jobs run manually or scheduled through ReportCaster. You will receive an update when the maintenance is finished and
WebFOCUS is available.
