Mediasite maintenance, Sat Oct 10 1:00am-5:00am
Mediasite will be under maintenance and upgrade Saturday, October 10 1AM-5AM. Extended downtime is not expected, however, the site may be unavailable for brief periods during this time. Canvas: “Content retrieval failed” when inserting Mediasite content into Canvas
Content retrieval failed, please try again or notify your system administrator of the error.
Users will encounter this error when attempting to embed Mediasite presentations into Canvas. Please see the link below for more information and a workaround.

Single Sign-On Update

OIT will be updating the Single Sign-on System to correct a performance issue that was recently discovered. During this window, there will be a short period of time where users receive an error when attempting to login to any single sign-on enabled service.
Single Sign On System Maintenance
The University Single Sign On System will briefly undergo maintenance from 6:00 am to 7:00 am Thursday, August 20. During this period users may be unable to login to Canvas, Workday, Banner Self Service, OwlDone, Google Applications, Office 365, Ezproxy, and other Single Sign On supported services.
If you continue to experience difficulty accessing any services past 7:00 am, please contact the Help Desk at your earliest convenience.

Mediasite Video Cloud Upgrade
Sonic Foundry will be updating Mediasite Video Cloud to the latest release during the scheduled maintenance window on May 30, between 1:01AM and 5:00AM EDT. Extended downtime is not expected. However, Mediasite may be unavailable for brief periods during this time.
