The Echo360 lecture capture system will be unavailable today until 1:00 PM. During this time the Echo360 system is being updated to the latest maintenance release. As part of this update a new SSL certificate will be applied to all echo360 classroom capture appliances to correct certificate errors.
During this time previously-recorded lectures will be unavailable and no Echo360 recordings may be scheduled for the following rooms:

Description of Maintenance: We will be applying a security patch to the black board servers.
User Impact: Minimal, down time is expected, maybe 5 to 10 minutes.

[RESOLVED] Network Registration (Wired/Wireless) Experiencing Issue with New Clients
Network Registration is fully operational once again.
Approximately 71 clients were affected, they have been manually entered to provide access and will be properly entered later today.

Blackboard database unavailable 12-2am Wednesday, January 11
The Blackboard database was unavailable from approximately 12-2am on Wednesday, January 11. During that time users may have received intermittent error messages when trying to access files within their courses and in some cases may have been unable to log into Blackboard.
