The “FAU” wireless network is currently down on the Fort Lauderdale and Davie campuses.

Users requiring immediate access can connect to the “FAUGUEST” wireless network.

We have a UPS hardware failure in building 11 Field House. The network devices will go offline for a quick UPS repair. Downtime should be less than 15 minutes.

On Wednesday, February 16th from 5:00am till 7:00am CSI will be performing telephone system maintenance that will interrupt telephone service on the Davie Campus. Other Southern campuses may experience intermittent outages. All calls originating from the Davie campus may require dialing a seven or ten digit number for all off campus calls. If you are trying to reach the Davie campus, the ten digit number might be required. In the event of an emergency the FAU police department can be reached at 561-297-3500 by using a cellular or other non-FAU phone, and local police can be reached by Dialing 911 from a cellular or other non-FAU-phone.

Starting Friday, February 4, 2011 at 4:00pm through Monday, February 7, 2011 at 8:00am CSI will be upgrading the phones in Building 96 College of Engineering. During this time the phones in the building will be unable to make or receive calls. If you are working in the building during this time and have an emergency the FAU police can be reached at 561-297-3500 or local emergency services can be reached by dialing 911 from a non-FAU or cellular telephone.
