Description of maintenance:  We will be completing the migration of the College of Medicine’s SharePoint site to Office 365.

Description of maintenance:  ​The Financial Aid office has requested the installation of patch 8.28.0.3 be expedited through approval. This patch provides the basis for a procedure that will continue to load 2016-2017 COD system generated files into Banner after the COD system goes live for 2017-2018 with a new schema.
User impact:  No user impact is anticipated

OIT will be performing network maintenance on Saturday, February 18 from 12:01 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. Due to the nature of the maintenance, users may experience intermittent Internet outages lasting approximately 10 minutes during this window. The Internet connection will be rerouted to the backup connection to minimize any downtime.

[Network Maintenance] Saturday February 11th from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m.

OIT will be performing maintenance on core network equipment on the Boca Raton campus from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. During this maintenance window we anticipate approximately 10 minutes of service disruption to networks and services located on the Boca Raton campus including Blackboard, Banner and access to the internet from some parts of campus.

[RESOLVED]Possible Service degradation of Duo services

Duo Security provided the following status regarding their service:

New Incident Status: Identified
We have confirmed that the network connectivity issues that one of our infrastructure provides is experiencing is causing a degradation of Duo services on some deployments. We are actively working to minimize and remove the impact to customers on affected deployments.

Description of maintenance: Apply Oracle patchset p16471668_111170_Linux-x86-64 to the production Banner INB forms servers.  This will upgrade Forms version from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.7.
User impact: Banner INB (forms) will be unavailable during the downtime.​

Move root volumes to SATA
When: 4:00AM to 6:00AM
Affected services: N/A
Affected systems: ​IO might be slightly slowed down while the failover/failback occurs.
Description of maintenance: We need to move the root volumes on filers boc22naclm01n05/06 from SSD drives to SATA so we can use the SSDs for a flash pool. This requires that each filer be failed over and then rebooted.
User impact: ​There should be no impact to the end user.  It will be transparent to the user.
