IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deem necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 06/23/2011 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during IRM maintenance window. When: 3:00 AM – 4:00 AM Affected Services: Blackboard 9.1 Production Affected Systems: Solaris Zones: BP1 – BBP7 and COLLAB servers Description of Maintenance: The Blackboard 9.1 production servers will be updated with patch to fix an issue with course reporting. The files in the “/usr/local/blackboard/apps/birt/” directory will be replaced with a new file set as provided by Blackboard Support. No reboot of servers will be required ========================================= When: 3:00 AM – 3:30 AM Affected Services: Owlapp SharePoint Blackboard Xitracs Affected Systems: Bbpproxy2 Owlapp1 Spwfe1 Xitracs Hvboc05 Description of Maintenance: We will be updating the driver for the PERC controller on hvboc05.
