Network: We are experiencing issues connecting to internet. We have a resolution and the problem should be resolved within 10 to 15 minutes
Network Outage Mostly Resolved
The network was upgraded this morning which caused some network outages. Most of the issues have been resolved. At this time, only wired network connections in the student housing buildings on the Boca Raton and Jupiter campuses are unavailable. We are continuing to work to resolve the issue and send an update 12:00 pm.
All the wireless networks are working including in student housing.

IRM Systems Maintenance, Thursday, Dec 22, from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM
IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 12/22/2011 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during IRM maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

Description of Maintenance: These servers will be migrated from Red Hat Enterprise Linux to Oracle Enterprise Linux. Some will require a reboot. Service Interruption: Each service will be offline for approximately 10 minutes.

Upgrading Network based Services – Dec 20, 2011
IRM will be upgrading network based services before hours Wednesday December 20th. These upgrades will have an impact on connectivity to the internet, wireless, and student networks. We are prioritizing the return of the internet over the other services. While we are anticipating each service to be down no more than 10 minutes, due to the nature of the upgrade there may be some issues that need to be resolved after bringing the services back online.
Following the upgrades, the campus community should experience faster speeds to the internet.

Wireless DHCP issue
We are currently experiencing a problem with getting DHCP addresses on wireless at Jupiter and Davie campuses. We are working diligently to determine the cause of the issue and correct it. No ETR at this time. We will keep you updated.

Voice service outage T-Area Tuesday Dec 20th Canceled
CSI has canceled the scheduled maintenance for Tuesday December 20th 2011 from 5:00am till 7:00am. CSI will not be upgrading the power for the voice system in T-6.
