Network equipment replacement in Bldg 55
Starting Tuesday 12/13/2011 Networking Dept. will be upgrading the network equipment in Bldg 55 PS Physical Science Building. The work will be done during the maintenance window 5:00am to 7:00am. No network outage is expected during normal business hours. Work will be completed Friday 12/16/2011.

IRM Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Dec 8, 2011 from 3:00am to 7:00am
IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 12/08/2011 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during IRM maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted: When: 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM Affected Service: Blackboard Affected Systems: Bba1, Bba3, Bba5, Bbm1 Description of Maintenance: We will be moving these systems to different virtual machine hosts, to facility the creation of a Hyper-V cluster. Service Interruption: Yes brief interruptions of service are expected for Blackboard

Davie intermittent issue in LA building
We are experiencing an intermittent issue with the network in LA building on Davie campus. Networking is working diligently to resolve the issue. We will provide updates when we determine the cause and fix the problem.

AD Domain Controller low on Temporary Disk Space- Resolved
One of Boca Domain Controllers had low temporary disk space, since a script to move log files had failed. This issue may have impacted Identity Management to slow down or to go off-line.
