** Update – All services have returned. We are continuing to investigate the cause of the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Guest wireless, Password synchronization, PrivateEye, and account creation is currently offline. For example, this will prevent newly set passwords and newly created users from accessing Windows Computers, MyFAU, and Blackboard.
We are working to resolve the issue and will update this post regularly.

The network maintenance scheduled for Saturday September 14th from 6:00a.m. until 7:30a.m. has been completed. During the maintenance, internet connectivity was interrupted for approximately 2 minutes around 6:10a.m.

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 09/12/2013 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Description of maintenance: The server wise.fau.edu is being upgraded.
User impact: End users will not be able to access wise.fau.edu directly to update either their personal or departmental web pages. This ONLY affects those who connect to wise.fau.edu directly. Those who use omniupdate will be unaffected.

Description of maintenance: The Financial Aid 8.17.2.2 patch will be installed in Banner production.
User impact: No downtime is expected.
