[Resolved] Zoom Canvas Integration Errors

UPDATE: This is resolved. The integration is back to normal operation.

Users are experiencing errors when trying to load the Zoom Canvas integration in their courses. We will be updating this post as we receive updates on this issue.

In the meantime, meeting hosts can copy the join URL for their upcoming meetings and share them via email, announcements, etc. To do so:

  1. Go to https://fau-edu.zoom.us and click the Sign In button.
  2. If prompted, sign in with your FAU credentials.
  3. Click the Meetings button in the navigation menu on the left.
  4. Click the title of your upcoming meeting.
  5. Click the copy button for the Invite Link (screenshot below):
  1. Paste the link in a message/announcement to the attendees/students that need to attend.

Once sent, your attendees will be able to join your meeting by opening the link. As the host you can start the meeting by clicking the Start button on the page where you copied the link.
