Some Mediasite videos are not playing back and return the error:
Some media for this presentation failed to download. Reloading the presentation may resolve the problem.
OIT is aware of the issue and is working with the vendor towards a resolution.

Mediasite Upgrade Notice
Sonic Foundry will be performing planned server upgrades on Saturday, June 17, beginning at 12:01 am CST and ending at 4:00 am CST. Access to Mediasite may become unavailable for brief periods during the maintenance window.
During this maintenance Mediasite will be upgraded to version 7.0.30.
Browsers are phasing out support for plug-ins like Flash and Silverlight. Since previous versions of Mediasite relied on these plug-ins, video playback may be affected for many. Mediasite 7.0.30 addresses this.

[RESOLVED] Echo360 playback
The Echo360 web server was restarted and video playback is now stable.

Playback of Echo360 videos may intermittently be unavailable and report an error. OIT is aware of the situation and working on a resolution.
[Resolved] Echo360 Maintenance Complete
The maintenance on the Echo360 system is complete, and videos are now available for viewing.
