Description of change: OIT will upgrade the ​prompting system in the Single Sign On System so users of slower services do not see the continue button if they do not have any tasks to complete. OIT is also introducing prompts for student 2Factor enrollment.

Affected services: All Systems that user SSO including Canvas, Workday, and others.
Affected systems: Shibboleth servers
Expected End-user impact: During this time, single sign on may stop working for 10 – 15 minutes while we redeploy the prompting service.

Description of change: A series of enhancements and updates are being requested from the Undergraduate Admissions team. These updates have been deployed in Test as of November 27th, and are being testing and verified by the UG Admissions team.  The enhancements include:  Add SAT subScores to Undergraduate Application; Add WHC interest question; Post Secondary Bug Fix; FUTURE PLANS: change wording, add MDC; Fix International Numbers. Not all changes have been approved and some will be deployed during regular hours as they do not impact the application in terms of availability or downtime.
