OIT is still experiencing email delays, now between 10-20 minutes. We are still closely monitoring this and will provide another update at 11:30am.

[RESOLVED] OIT File Server Migration (ANDI drives) still going
The migration has been completed and all ANDI drives are functioning as normal again. You may need to log off and back on in order for the drive to properly map.

OIT Systems Maintenance, Saturday May 14th, 5-8am
OIT will be replacing an aging server rack and its networking components with a newer rack. This move could affect services such as Banner, Blackboard, Sharepoint and the like. However, no end user impact is expected.

The intermittent problems with FileLocker have been resolved.
[Update] FAU email being blocked
October 9th 2014:
We continue to have problems delivering to MSN, Hotmail and Live email accounts. We are doing everything we can to work with these providers to remove the blocks and rate-limiting. We appreciate your patience on this matter.

Outbound FAU email is currently blocked and rate-limited by a few ISPs. OIT is currently in contact with these ISPs to resolve the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.
