The vendor has approved the version we upgraded to on their end and the service is back up and running.

The verasmart service is currently unavailable due to activation issues. Currently working on resolving the issue.

Completed – Switch Upgrades Computing Center

These upgrades have been completed. All switches are online and functioning normally.

Networking will be performing upgrades on switches in the Computing Center, Room 102 during the maintenance window Thursday 06/30/2011 as follows:

Rack # – Switch ID – Upgrade to be done

RU10 – boc22cm102sw847 – IOS Upgrade and reboot RU10 – boc22cm102sw849 – IOS Upgrade and reboot

RU11 – boc22cm102esw846 – IOS Upgrade and reboot

RU10 – boc22cm102sw849 – IOS Upgrade and reboot

RU11 – boc22cm102esw846 – IOS Upgrade and reboot

The switch reboot after IOS Upgrade will cause an interruption of network connectivity to all systems connected to these switches.

These upgrades will begin at 4:30am and be complete by 6:00am.
