Marketplace Store Errors

Attn: Marketplace Store Managers

 

As of this morning, it has been noted that all marketplace stores are failing to function properly. The store sites are not allowing customers to choose products or to checkout for purchase.

 

We are contacting TouchNet customer care immediately and handling with the highest priority. A patch to the system was installed on Friday evening by TouchNet corporation, and it is likely that this morning’s issues are related.

 

Please note that this only affects Marketplace Stores. Student payment systems are working as expected.

 

Updates will be sent as more information becomes available.

The Office of Information Technology is investigating reports that a small number of users are receiving an error message when logging into Blackboard. If you receive a message referencing shibsp:ListenerException please submit a Helpdesk ticket at https://helpdesk.fau.edu/
