If activating your account, please opt out of the SMS feature to get through activation then go back to set the number when the SMS feature is functional.

[RESOLVED] Account Activation and FAUGuest- SMS verification Unavailable for some carriers

The issue with SMS has been resolved and should be working for all carriers at this time.

You are now able to opt-in for SMS verification during account activation.

SMS verification for FAUguest wireless is also available again.

[RESOLVED]Possible Service degradation of Duo services

Duo Security provided the following status regarding their service:

New Incident Status: Identified
We have confirmed that the network connectivity issues that one of our infrastructure provides is experiencing is causing a degradation of Duo services on some deployments. We are actively working to minimize and remove the impact to customers on affected deployments.
