Issue: We are currently experiencing some issues with our arcmail system.
Impact: Users are receiving bounce-back emails from archiver(at)arcmail2.fau.edu. Please note that these emails can be ignored. Emails are being delivered to individuals but not to the arcmail system.
We are working to resolve the issue and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Description of Maintenance: 10GbE network cards will be installed on both Exchange front ends and offline mailbox server. Memory will also be upgraded in the mailbox server.
User impact: Some users may experience Outlook disconnects but will be reconnected, otherwise no other impact expected. One of the two front ends will be up at all times holding the load balanced name. All active mailbox servers will also be up.

User impact: Intermittent loss of service is expected for DHCP on Davie and Jupiter campuses and Graduate Application between 3:00AM and 6:00AM. Blackboard, IDM and NetReg may be unavailable for short periods of time, but this is unexpected.

Description of Maintenance: Routine reboots for linux patches to take effect.
User impact: End users may notice that some public webpages that depend on mysql will not load properly, omniupdate staging will not be available, and wordpress will not be available during those machines’ reboot period. Reboots should happen within 10 minutes so interference should be minimal.
