RESOLVED: Problems Accessing Departmental Accounts in OWA

Update: Nov 10, 2012.

The issue with accessing departmental Exchange accounts has been resolved and are now accessible in OWA.

We are still experiencing the issue with accessing departmental account in OWA. At this time we do not have an ETA for when the issue will be resolved.

OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Nov. 1 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 11/01/2012 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

When: 3:00 AM – 4:30 AM
Affected services: Blackboard
Affected systems: Blackboard
Description of maintenance: Apply Blackboard Patchset2 as well as supplementary patches.
User impact: Blackboard will not be available during the proposed downtime.

When: 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Affected services: Talisma
Affected systems: Talisma
Description of maintenance: Install hotfix to talisma to fix an outgoing email issue.
User impact: Talisma will not be operable. Any users trying to send emails out from talisma at the time will not be delivered. Users will have to update their clients to the newest hotfix to be able to use client. They will be informed via admissions office on where to download and apply the hotfix.

When: 6:00 am to 6:30am
Affected Services: Secure ANDI server and 80_SU desktops
Affected Systems: FAU\BOC\80_SU desktops
Description of Maintenance: We will be adding a new GPO to enable IPsec communication between 80_SU desktops and the secure ANDI server
User impact: None
