We expect all systems to be back online no later than 7:00 am (EST) that morning. When the system is back up and ready to go, we will notify you. [RESOLVED] – Help desk system – Service interruption

**UPDATE**

This morning we received confirmation from Teamdynamix that this issue has been resolved and services have been fully restored.

Teamdynamix is experiencing issues with their DNS provider. This may cause issues connecting to helpdesk.fau.edu and helpdesk.fau.edu/tdnext.

WORKDAY 2021R1 – Inbox and Notification Count Not Updating After Action (known issue)

Please note that Workday has identified an issue that is causing the count of inbox and notifications to not change after taking action on an Inbox item or marking a Notification as Read

In the WD 2021R1 Release there is a defect in Cross Application Services, Notifications and Alerts, User Experience

Workday has provided a workaround for this defect until they have corrected the problem. They recommend that you refresh your browser to see an updated count of inbox and notification items.

We will provide an update as soon as we receive one from Workday.

[Resolved] FAU experiencing internet issues

Description of change: OIT will update all compute nodes on the HPC cluster to the latest version of Centos 7.9 including an upgrade to the Cuda 11.2 drivers.​
