Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 07/13/2017 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Server maintenance – ANDISec file server
Description of change: OIT will be migrating a file server from one platform to another. The file server will be unavailable during the window

Affected services: file shares on andisec
Affected systems: andisec
Expected End-user impact: During this time, andisec file server will be unavailable. Any automated jobs that copy or read files from andisec will fail during the window.

OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. June 15 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 06/15/2017 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Application maintenance – Jira and Confluence (KB)
Description of change: OIT will be blocking off-campus access to jira and the kb sites to limit exposure to the outside
Downtime window start: 5:00 AM
Downtime window end: 6:00 AM
Affected services: jira and confluence
Affected systems: jira and kb
Expected End-user impact: Users trying to access these sites from outside of the FAU networks will not be able to access it any longer. On campus users may not be able to access the site for about 5 minutes during the maintenance.
