Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 06/18/2020 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Description of change: OIT will be moving production SSO Metadata server from the Boca Raton data center to Microsoft Azure.

Affected services: SSO Metadata site. Service providers will not be able to be added or modified during the switchover.

Mediasite Video Cloud Upgrade
Sonic Foundry will be updating Mediasite Video Cloud to the latest release during the scheduled maintenance window on May 30, between 1:01AM and 5:00AM EDT. Extended downtime is not expected. However, Mediasite may be unavailable for brief periods during this time.
[Resolved] Mediasite Playback Issues
[13:05] Service has been restored and SonicFoundry continues to monitor the system
[10:27] SonicFoundry is aware of issues within the Mediasite Video Cloud environment, and is investigating. Users may experience playback issues, issues with live streaming, and inability to log into the Management Portal and other applications.
