This is a notification that the MyLab product that you are using is currently experiencing a service interruption.  This problem started at approximately 5:00 am (MDT).  Pearson engineers are responding and working to restore service.  We will send an additional notification once all MyLab systems have returned to normal.

Turner Construction is planning a shutdown in Bldg 69 for emergency power only. They are doing this to tie in the new feeder to the 75KV emergency transformer in the electrical room at Bldg 69. DURATION OF SHUTDOWM : No longer than 4-6 hours IMPACTING : all emergency power in Bldg 69 will be affected WHEN: TUESDAY, AUGUST 16th Beginning at: 8:00 PM through Midnight

Only a brief network disruption is expected in building 69 to move network equipment off emergency circuits prior to the electric cutover.

Some users of Blackboard may have experienced problems uploading or deleting files from Blackboard between Friday and Sunday. We are applying a fix at this time to correct the issue but users of Blackboard’s collaboration services may experience instability between 3pm and 4pm while we apply the solution.

The problem with xpressions has been resolved.

Network: Router and Firewall changes during maintenance window tomorrow, Friday, 08/05

Router and firewall changes during maintenance tomorrow between 6 AM and 7 AM. No disruption of service is expected as we perform maintenance on routers and firewalls.

IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deem necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 08/03/2011 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during IRM maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:

MyFAU Maintenance – CAS Activation When: 5:00 AM – 5:30 AM What: CAS Activation on MyFAU Affected Services: MyFAU Description of Maintenance: The MyFAU CAS server will be activated. This will require a complete reboot of MyFAU. During that time MyFAU will be inaccessible.

Voice Systems Upgrades at Davie have been completed

On Tuesday August 2nd CSI will be replacing hardware on the Davie campus in the maintenance window between 5am and 7am. There will be no phone service during the outage times.
