Mediasite is aware of issues within the US Mediasite Video Cloud environment, and are working on a fix. Some users may experience slow results and timeouts from search based functions, including My Mediasite, Channels, and Showcase.
Mediasite resolution delayed
Some users may still have trouble accessing Mediasite as configuration changes propagate across the Internet. Restarting your browser/computer or clearing your DNS cache may help.
