Sonic Foundry engineers are currently investigating performance issues with Mediasite Video Cloud. Users may receive errors or timeouts when attempting to access Mediasite presentations at this time.
Mediasite Recordings delayed
Currently, Mediasite recordings made in some classrooms are processing slowly. The service provider is investigating. Please allow additional time for presentations to post.

09/18/2021 08:20 PM: The University forms server (Frevvo) has experienced an error and is currently offline. We have identified the problem and are performing emergency maintenance to resolve the issue. We will update this when the problem is resolved.
This has impacted the University Admissions applications for Undergraduate Admissions, College of Business Graduate Programs Admissions Application, Non-Degree Admissions Application, and numerous other forms and workflows.

The issue with authenticating Mediasite logins has been resolved.

We are currently investigating an issue authenticating users using direct presentation links. Presentations embedded using the Mediasite tool in Canvas (best practice) as well as Mediasite Catalog links are still functional.
Forms.fau.edu is offline
[7:30 pm] The Form service is online! All forms should be working as expected.
[6:10 pm] The Form service is online! Many forms will show a yellow bar on the top and bottom indicating it is not a production form. Please report these to https://helpDesk.fau.edu, we are currently updating them as quickly as possible.
[4:50 pm] The Form service is still offline but we have corrected most issues and the form developers are testing to make sure everything is working. More information will follow when we have verified the fix was applied correctly.

Zoom has received reports of users being unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars. They are currently investigating and will provide updates as they have them.
[RESOLVED] Starfish Advisor Calendars no longer syncing with Outlook Calendar
UPDATE:
Advisors and staff should now be able to sync their Outlook calendar availability with Starfish again.
The calendar sync functionality between Outlook and Starfish is currently not working for advisors/staff. This means the Starfish software will no longer be able to see your Outlook availability when creating your Starfish schedule. In the meantime, all future unavailable times will need to be added manually in Starfish itself.
This is currently being investigated and we will send an update once have more information.
