Currently, Webex is experiencing degraded performance that may prevent users from creating or joining meetings. This issue affects both the stand-alone and canvas implementations (aka MEETS for WebEx). WebEx engineers are aware and are current investigating the problem. OIT will monitor the situation and update the University community as the situation evolves.

DHCP, DNS, Single Sign On, Network Monitoring, and EDURoam may experience delays and possible errors this morning due to an issue with a device in Building 96. Information Technology is working on resolving the issue and will update this notice as we learn more.
Single Sign On Maintenance
We will be performing a short update to the Single Sign On System at 5 am Thursday the 5th. Some services may experience a brief (less then one minute) period where authentication fails. These include but are not limited to Internet Native Banner, OwlDone, Banner Self Service, and Starfish.
If you experience difficulty accessing any services please contact the Help Desk at your earliest convenience.
Single Sign On Update
We will be performing a short emergency update to the Single Sign On System at 9 am Monday the 26. Some services may experience a brief (less then one minute) period where authentication fails. These include but are not limited to Internet Native Banner, OwlDone, Banner Self Service, and Starfish. Most other services should experience no issues.
Intermittent Login Issues
Users are reporting issues logging into Canvas, Banner Self Service and some other SSO services. We are investigating the problem and actively working on a solution. If you experience these issues please restart your browser, computer and/or internet router. We have reports that this resolves the issue.
Single Sign On System Maintenance
The University Single Sign On System will briefly undergo maintenance from 12:10 am to 12:20 am Saturday January 27. During this period users may be unable to login to Workday, Banner Self Service, Google Applications, Office 365, Ezproxy, and other Single Sign On supported services.

The single sign on system will be updated at 1 am November 10, 2017. This may briefly affect users authenticating to Workday, Canvas, OwlApps, and other services.
[Resolved] Mediasite Catalog Presentation Video Service Temporarily Unavailable
An issue that was preventing playback of Mediasite Catalog Lecture Capture presentation videos has been resolved.
Authentication System Maintenance
The single sign-on authentication system will be partially unavailable from 3:00 am to 4:00 am Thursday August 18th, 2017. While the maintenance is in progress users may intermittently experience difficulty logging into services such as Canvas, Self Service, Office 365, Owlapps, and Workday.
