We will be performing a short emergency update to the Single Sign On System at 9 am Monday the 26. Some services may experience a brief (less then one minute) period where authentication fails. These include but are not limited to Internet Native Banner, OwlDone, Banner Self Service, and Starfish. Most other services should experience no issues.

Users are reporting issues logging into Canvas, Banner Self Service and some other SSO services. We are investigating the problem and actively working on a solution. If you experience these issues please restart your browser, computer and/or internet router. We have reports that this resolves the issue.

The FAU automated campus operator, also known as SPOK, is experiencing a problem with one of the hardware nodes. Incoming calls that will be routed to the operator. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue.

OIT will be performing network maintenance on Wednesday, March 7 from 12:01 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. Due to the nature of the maintenance, users may experience intermittent Internet outages lasting approximately 5 minutes during this window. The Internet connection will be rerouted to the backup connection to minimize any downtime.
