On Friday, June 2, 2017 from 4:00 am until 7:00 am, OIT will be performing emergency maintenance on the call center system. During this time users will not be able to reach the call center.

FAU had intermittent connectivity issues to some services located on the Boca Raton campus between 6:00 a.m. and 6:50 a.m. today due to issues encountered during early morning maintenance. All services are expected to be working at this time.

Around 6:20pm today we experienced a second round of network and Internet connectivity issues. At this time connectivity has been restored and all services should be operational. We believe we have identified the root cause and have performed some initial corrective actions.
