Harbor Branch partial network outage restored
At 5:10 pm we experienced a hardware failure on the Harbor Branch campus which affected buildings 04, 16, 18, 34, and 37. The replacement hardware is now in production and the network has been restored.

Single Sign On Updates Friday June 19, 2015 3am – 5am
The Single Sign On system will be upgrade Friday June 19, 2015 3am to 5am. During this time users may not be able to access services such as Banner Self Service, Network Registration Blackboard, Owl Applications, and the Help Desk.

OIT network maintenance on May 25th from 12:01 am – 6:00 am
OIT will be performing maintenance on Monday, May 25 from 12:01 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. Due to the nature of the maintenance, users may experience intermittent network outages lasting approximately 15 – 20 minutes during this window. This outage will affect connectivity to the Internet as well as connectivity within FAU.

Remove Library printers from Boc22pcprt01 and delete associated PaperCut queues.

Description of maintenance: The printers were moved to a dedicated Library print server and the old ones paused on Boc22pcprt01. Library staff has confirmed that everything is working fine, so the old printers will be removed from Boc22pcprt01 and PaperCut.
