We are currently experiencing issues with ADSF that does not allow you to properly single-sign on (SSO) to Office 365 services such as Outlook Web and the new FortiClient VPN client. We are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.

OIT will be performing network maintenance affecting all campuses on Saturday October 22nd from 12:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. As a result of this maintenance, all connectivity to services and the internet will be disrupted for up to 10 minutes on each campus sometime during the maintenance window.
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 10/13/2022 from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window and Friday, 10/14/2022 from 10:00PM to 10:30PM. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Maintenance Research Computing storage
Description of change: Research Computing will be performing maintenance on the BHRIC storage

End-user impact: None expected. However, this houses new BHRIC VM’s and there maybe a small window where there is a slowdown. However, no service interruption should occur

Description of change: OIT will be performing network maintenance from 10:00 p.m. until 10:30 on Friday October 14th affecting the Boca Raton and Jupiter campuses.

The network maintenance scheduled for tonight has been completed.

We have identified that our anti-malware software Malwarebytes is currently blocking access to the Google.com domain. We are currently investigating the status and will update as we receive additional information.
We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with single-sign on that may cause delayed logins or errors while logging into services such as Workday and Canvas. We are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Network Registration Update
Description of change: OIT will be deploying an improved version of the network registration system which introduces support for international phone numbers and corrects a bug in the administrative tool.

Graduate Admissions Application Upgrade
Description of change: Support for Corporate Programs will be added to the Graduate Admissions Application.
