Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 02/23/2023 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Single-Sign On Prompting Engine Upgrade
Description of change: OIT will be upgrading the Single Sign On Prompting Engine to improve reliability, performance, and usability.

Downtime window end: 02/23/2023 6:00 AM
Affected services: Single Sign On and any applications using SSO.
End-user impact: No end-user impact is expected during the change. The SSO page will have a new look after the change.

REDCap Update
Description of change: This is a routine REDCap update. Will be offline during update.

End-user impact: Service will be offline during update.

Desktop Updates for Admissions Office Computer Systems
Description of change: OIT will be making adjustments to Admissions desktops and laptops on February 23rd 2023. OIT will work with Admissions to communicate the changes and what can be expected.

Affected services: Undergraduate Admission user desktops and laptops

FAU Graduate Admissions App Intermittent issues
